The flowers were beautiful. However, they were meant to be a surprise. But when the person delivering the flowers could not find the address, he/she called the person receiving the flowers instead of calling the person who actually sent the flowers. This ruined the surprise before the flowers were dropped off at the door.

The person who received the flowers absolutely loved them - she said the arrangement and the vase they came in were different from anything she has ever received in the way of floral arrangements.

My girlfriend never got any notification that the flowers got here, but it is partially because the complex didn't notify her. The flowers were great and they were delivered on time we found out later.

I have not had feedback on the quality of the flowers, but I have no doubt they were fine. I will not, however, use your automated site to send flowers again. I was very surprised by the delivery and service fees. Those, plus tax, increased the cost of the arrangement by more than $15. Far too much in my opinion.

I wanted a local, personable florist and I think I have found that in Prange's. Being currently out of the country, I wanted to find something that was very special, without being too over the top for my girlfriend.
